heritage inspired

Coat  £295 Reiss | Bag £229 Hobbs | Boots £150 DUO | Dress £89 Oasis | Shirt £175 MaxMara @ House of Fraser

Happy Monday! Hope you guys had a flying start to the week.

This Heritage inspired autumn look is based around these gorgeous Carvel boots in a tan leather. We love that they are a simple but a classic design. We paired the boots with this checked tweed dress. We love that the dress has a scalloped bottom. We teamed the dress with a burgundy pussybow shirt. We added this structured forest green wool coat which matches the green in the checked pattern on the dress. This coat is perfect to keep you warm and the pleating detail at the bottom makes it more feminine. We accessorised the outfit with a burgundy leather bag to match the blouse and ties the whole outfit together. We would definitely complete the look by adding a pair of burgundy or brown tights to ensure your legs stay warm in the cold weather!

We were inspired to do this look by a competition by DUO boots we spotted yesterday and we decided we would do a last minute entry. This competition is open to UK bloggers. More information can be found here

Best wishes to everyone entering the competition.
